Who is eligible to apply?

Real estate investors, business owners, developers, and entrepreneurs of all experience levels can apply. We work with first-time investors as well as experienced operators.

How fast can I get approved?

Most real estate and business loans receive an initial pre-approval within 24–48 hours, and many bridge or DSCR loans can fund in 7–14 days depending on the program.

What documents are required?

Requirements vary by loan type, but typically include a credit report, property details, purchase contract (if applicable), and basic financial information. DSCR and bridge loans often require minimal documentation.

Do you charge any upfront fees?

We do not charge application fees or upfront costs for DSCR, bridge, fix & flip, commercial, or business loans. Third-party costs (such as appraisals) may apply depending on the lender.
